Inside Defense covered the panel I moderated for AFCEA DC Friday. From the Inside Defense report:

“The Air Force aims to install a new Air Staff member to oversee information warfare by the end of fiscal year 2019, the service’s cyberspace strategy and policy director told Inside Defense Friday.

“That person will be the senior leader in charge of a merger between the A2, which manages intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance, and the A6, which controls information dominance including cyber operations. It appears the chief information officer role — currently filled by service Under Secretary Matt Donovan — would no longer fall under the A6.”
