Watch Government Matters: Karen Evans, CESER office work to improve energy cybersecurity

The Department of Energy has stood up a new office dedicated to ensuring the security of the nation’s energy infrastructure. The Office of Cybersecurity, Energy Security, and Emergency Response will put power plants, installations, and DoE’s own laboratories under the microscope, and prepare them for worst-case scenarios. Karen Evans is the assistant secretary of Energy for CESER, and she says that they have an important mission.
