The United States Postal Service lost $16 billion last year — the vast majority due to Congressionally-mandated payments to a health fund for future retirees. Now, two key senators want to turn around the agency’s struggling finances.  I talked about USPS reform with Mike Conneen, in for Morris Jones, on Capital Insider.  We also talked about President Obama’s choice to lead the Internal Revenue Service, John Koskinen.
